Here we are. We have been running Drumlerhof together for generations. Ruth, known throughout the region for her gluten-free cuisine and cookery books, Stefan for his uncompromising attitude to sustainability in the hotel industry. Franzi and Emma have been bringing new energy and fresh ideas to the hotel since 2023. This is reflected in the new range of services and the hotel’s new "look".

Stefan Fauster

Love of nature, deep roots in tradition and a special bond with the Signaterhof farm in Ritten – Stefan is not only a gifted farmer, but also an enthusiastic hiking guide. He enjoys sharing his passion with guests, showing them both lesser-known paths and the most charming places of power in the area.

Ruth Innerhofer-Fauster

Ruth Innerhofer and her husband Stefan took over Drumlerhof in 1994, when it was just an inn. Nowadays, Ruth is renowned across the region for her gluten-free cuisine and her coeliac-friendly cookbook.

Franzi

Franzi is passionate about the creative side of service and has a knack for extraordinary aperitifs. With her enthusiasm and positive energy, she adds a dash of greatness to every event at Drumlerhof – especially our Platzlevents. She’s always there for our guests, with attentive care and a friendly smile.

Emma

Emma is our Ms Sunshine on wheels. She loves to spend her spare time on her bike and she knows all the best tours in the Aurina valley like the back of her hand. Here at Drumlerhof, she’s the first point of contact ar reception, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome.

Who runs Hotel Drumlerhof?

Stefan is a farmer and a keen hiking guide as well as a hotelier. One of his favourite things is showing guests the secluded paths and special energy spots in the Ahrntal valley.
