Yes, your host and hiking guide Stefan is happy to show guests the best spots in the Ahrntal valley several times a week. He favours quiet trails over crowded footpaths.

What hiking equipment does the hotel provide?

Hiking poles, maps and rucksacks… and some great insider tips, of course!

Can I go forest bathing with Stefan?

Yes, Stefan is happy to accompany guests on a conscious immersion in the peaceful woods. See, hear, smell, feel – step by step, everyday life will fade into the background.

Are there any via ferratas in the Speikboden area?

Yes: the Piraten, Michl, Avventura and Speikboden via ferrata range from easy to difficult. The routes are accessible by cable car, and you can hire equipment directly from the mountain station.

Do you provide bike storage?

Yes, you can store your bike safely in our lockable bike depot. Also, our Emma knows all the best bike trails and tours in the Ahrntal valley.

Can I hire a bike nearby?

Yes, there’s a bike hire shop just a few minutes’ walk from Drumlerhof. There are also well-maintained roads and tarmac cycle paths in the valley.
