Culinary delights at the Drumlerhof
The kitchen philosophy at the Drumlerhof is strongly rooted in the region. The focus is on the very best products. These are sourced from our own farm in Signat at Renon, from the Taufrisch community farm in Campo Tures and from fair trade. The general rule for us is: where there is less, things still have meaning. But don't worry, we have an exciting selection of food and always have seconds. We just don't want to throw anything away. #zerowaste
For our dear house guests, breakfast, afternoon cake at the bar and dinner in the restaurant are included in the room rate. If you book half board, which we can of course only recommend.
