The Drumlerhof has its own restaurant, which is open to all connoisseurs. Strongly rooted in the region. Regional producers, the best raw products and lovingly prepared dishes without frills. Bread is home-baked. Vegans and vegetarians don't eat side dishes here, but meals. By the way: Senior chef Ruth designs and curates all the gluten-free dishes herself. We look forward to your visit.

For ethical reasons...
we do not offer the following in the Drumlerstuben restaurant: Ready-made chips (if then hand-cut), ketchup & cornflour (if then home-made), Red Bull, Coca Cola, pineapple, coconut, conventional sugary soft drinks and absolutely nothing from the convenience food industry. We have lovingly prepared alternatives for all of these.
