• We only use fresh produce that comes either from our own farm in Ritten, the Taufrisch community field or local farmers.
• We are firm believers in the principles of fair trade, sustainability and no-waste economy.
• Each of our menus is spontaneously put together with local, seasonal produce and healthy, tasty foods – expect a delectable surprise at every meal.
• Artificial flavours and flavour enhancers have no place in our kitchen.
