Indulgence, dawn to dusk
- 07:30 – 10:00: exclusive served breakfast with a wide choice of home-made delicacies and high-quality South Tyrolean produce. A regional menu is also available, including dishes made with eggs from community-supported farming
- 15:00 – 17:00: freshly home-baked cakes and strudel
- 18:30 – 20:00: a varied 4-course dinner, with authentic local flavours and the best natural produce. Our seasonal theme menus are true to our zero-waste culinary philosophy.

- We are the perfect choice for discerning guests with special dietary needs: we have 20 years’ experience in providing gourmet gluten-free and allergy-friendly dishes.
- We only use fresh produce that comes either from our own farm in Ritten, the Taufrisch community field or local farmers.
- We are firm believers in the principles of fair trade, sustainability and no-waste economy.
- Each of our menus is spontaneously put together with local, seasonal produce and healthy, tasty foods – expect a delectable surprise at every meal.
- Artificial flavours and flavour enhancers have no place in our kitchen.
