Quality gets a makeover
We’ve been pretty busy lately… giving Drumlerhof a brand-new look! Since spring 2024, our hotel has been sporting an impressive façade that blends style and sustainability, designed by the talented Pedevilla Architects to create a heterogeneous appearance without any structural intervention. There is plenty more to discover inside, too. With their keen sense of style, Franzi and Emma have used natural elements to fashion cosy new niches where you will love to relax, linger, and take in Drumlerhof’s unique atmosphere. Head to our bar to see it shines in new splendour and enjoy what might be the best cappuccino in the entire valley, as well as Franzi’s creative aperitifs – guaranteed without Aperol! Sustainability is one of our watchwords, and this is also reflected in the culinary side of things. Our new food concept focuses on conscious indulgence, without wasteful buffets. All meals are served at the table, including breakfast. This is how we consistently deliver on our promise of sustainable cuisine.
