Here we are. We have been running the Drumlerhof together for generations. Ruth, known throughout the country for her gluten-free cuisine and cookery books, Stefan for his uncompromising attitude to sustainability in the hotel industry. Franzi and Emma have been bringing new energy and fresh ideas to the hotel since 2023. This is reflected in the new range of services and the new "look".

A new look

Franzi & Emma have created new niches in the Drumlerhof. Stylishly furnished, equipped with natural elements, but above all incredibly cosy.

New façade

The Drumlerhof has had a new façade since June 2023. It was designed by the talented Pedevilla Architects. The new look symbolises a heterogeneous appearance without structural intervention. In other words, sustainable.

The new Bar

It has always been the beating heart of the house. Drumler's Bar. With possibly the best cappuccino in the valley. But above all with very creative aperitifs by Franzi. And all without Aperol.

Eat & Drink

For some years now, we have done without buffets. We prefer to serve. This is the only way we can honestly implement sustainability in the kitchen. Zero Waste!
