Stefan grew up in Signato, Renon, above Bolzano. In the spirit of sustainability. He ate what the farm had to offer. More was never necessary. Stefan's mother Rosa, affectionately known as "Mutti", tended her own fruit and vegetable garden here for over 80 years. We continue this tradition as a tribute to our mum and bring fruit, vegetables and smoked sausages to the Drumlerhof. You will taste it, we promise.
100% honest
We also keep our communication honest. Of course, not everything comes from our own farm. We source the rest from the Taufrisch community farm in Sand in Taufers and from local producers in the immediate vicinity. Among other things, you can look forward to the new organic wine that we are currently growing in Signat.
