Without any buffets.

Junior managers Franzi and Emma have banned buffets from the hotel in 2021. Because buffets are neither sustainable nor sexy. The Drumlerhof doesn't stand for everything and more. Selected products, depending on the season and availability, served at the table in the morning and with seconds. This allows us to live our culinary concept with a clear conscience. And you join us in making an important contribution to the world of tomorrow. We say thank you.

Served Breakfast

More is more - how can that work? We have decided to serve breakfast. There are eggs from happy "neighbourhood chickens", home-baked bread and cakes, fair trade coffee, home-made jams, meat and sausages from species-appropriate animal husbandry, cheese from the region and much more. Everything is also gluten-free for our publicans.

Daily: 07.30 - 10.00 hrs.

Afternoon

Few but delicious cakes.

Enjoy homemade cakes with a gluten-free alternative in the afternoon. Served with Fairtrade organic coffee and freshly whipped cream. For our active house guests, the well-deserved reward after an excursion in the Ahrntal mountains. Served at our new bar.

Daily: 3.00 - 5.00 pm.

Dinner

You choose.

Our hotel guests dine in the evening in the hotel's own Restaurant. The half-board arrangement includes a daily menu of your choice. Of course, we also offer a very tasty vegetarian option. We cook whatever is fresh at the time. 

Daily: 18.30 - 20.30 hrs.
