Gluten-free cuisine
I myself, Ruth Innerhofer, have celiac disease and know exactly what this means. I offer my guests a fine daily selection of fresh rolls and bread, pastries and cakes, as well as pasta of all kinds, which can also of course be prepared lactose-free if required.
Fresh spring water
The Tauferer Ahrntal is the valley of water. Each of our taps produces fresh spring water, which is particularly refreshing on account of its iron content.
